WSTRA Public Policy

 

WSTRA advocates locally, within the state and nationally regarding issues affecting our members and their clients.  Federal and state legislative issues affect all recreational therapy and therapeutic recreation practitioners.  You are affected in whether you have employment opportunites, how you may practice, what and how you are paid, even the amount of respect you may receive from team members and administrators.  Please use this information to improve your ability to practice, as well as the quality of life of your clients.
